E 5454 | Tempered steel 10 | zinc plated | Countersunk head | torx plus /autosert drive | Cr(VI) - free | self-tapping

The EJOT®-Delta PT screws with self-tapping thread are used for direct screwing of thermoplastic material in demanding operating conditions. They reduce production costs, because thread creation and additional securing elements are saved. The thread geometry is particularly innovative and enables self-locking connections of even very thin components while protecting the material. A special fatigue strength is achieved as well as a high tensile, torsional and vibration resistance

advantages:
• Innovative thread geometry allows material protection even with very thin-walled plastic components
• Lower production costs - no threading and no additional securing required
• Suitable for high loads - offers fatigue strength as well as tensile, torsional and vibration resistance
